Looking for RON CHERMACK. He and wife Glenda, along with son Allan, perhaps others live there in Middletown. I found all this out when I called there last week, but their phone is now strangely disconnected. I would love to speak to him because he is my genetic father. I would only ask for 5 minutes or so of his time. I have some brief questions about cultural background, medical history, and just to say hello to let him know I'm doing well, if he ever wondered. Since I've been 16 years old, I've know about him, and have had an interest to seek him out. Currently I'm 27 years old, and living life to the fullest. No, I am not seeking a long term relationship with the guy, nor handouts, just wanted to meet him over the phone, a friendly hello. I hope he will extend that courtesy to me. It would be great to at least talk for a minute to the man whose lineage I follow. Thanks! 720-348-1367 address: 877 W Timbervale Trail, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

Hey there. I lived in Middletown about 10 years ago, for a year. It's a very beautiful area. I would like to get in touch with, a friend of mine that I've lost touch with, Allison Perry (her last name might be Swank). She graduated from MHS in 1994. I had moved away in 1991 and still kept in touch with her for a few years. But 2½ years ago I moved to Seattle and I lost her address. I miss her and would like hear from her. If anyone knows how to get a hold of her let me know or give her my e-mail address. Thanks so very much! It was great to visit this site. I never thought Middletown would have it's own webpage.

Middletown is a wonderful town to live in or simply visit. I will be departing soon-to go to college, travel, work, meet people, pursue my youth and the needs of the adult (soul and sustanence), and embrace what the world has to offer! I reccommend this sort of pursuit and state of mind to everyone out there, but when you are ready to settle down and establish yourself for a lengthy period of time, I suggest you consider Middletown (or surrounding areas such as Hidden Valley, Cobb, Calistoga, etc.). I will miss everybody here so much and I want my family and all my neighbors, friends, and teachers to know how much I love you. Be strong. Be alive. Live long and LOVE!!! -Joangeline Anastasia O'Connor Middletown High - Class of 2001.

I am from the East Coast and was looking for a home in the Santa Rosa area. While there last week, I had visited Lake County and had a great time. I believe it was route 29 I took from Calistoga, which was like driving through a maze. It sure was different from here in NJ. I also notice that California don’t mark their signs North, South, West or East. It seemed only the major highways were marked. It’s a bit rough for the out-of-state people. Anyhow, I still love California and do plan on moving out there soon. I can be visited at www.felixcollectibles.com for Felix the Cat toys and Collectibles.

Anyone who reads this and knows where she is I would really appreciate it if you would forward my email address to her, I would love to hear how everyone is doing and what they went on to do, I went to Minnie Cannon from the 3rd grade to the 6th then moved to S. calif, when I graduated high school I went into teaching pre-school aged children, got married and have 3 kids, 1 daughter she's 15 now, and 2 boys 13, and 10. I still live in southern California. I have been back to visit Middletown a couple times and am always amazed how things change but also what is still the same. Wow !!! Great to see Middletown with its own web site!! I lived in Middletown from about the time I was 8 years old til I was about 12. My family then moved to southern California, but I left my heart in middletown. We lived in a big red house right across the street (HYW) from the school. I think the last time I was there The house had been painted blue and a new home had been built where our garden once grew ( Guess you can't stop progress ) Well I would love to hear from any of my old friends .... Tracy, Donna, Molly, Grant ( By the way Grant did you ever find my rabbit ?? LOL ) Scott and all the others. Did the elementary school ever get more than one room per grade?? Miss you all, email me guys !!

My wife has systematically spent our entire savings there at the casino over a course of a year. Recently, I inquired from the casino if there were any Gamblers Anonymous programs that she could attend in the area. To date, no response from the casino. I would think that one provision for the regulation of the casinos would be assistance for problem gamblers. Any one else have this type of problem? Please post here.

Hello Middletown. I miss being there.I am trying to find some old friends.I would have graduated with the class of'98, but I moved my sophmore year. I lived in middletown for about 2-3 years.I miss you guys,and I miss the town.I am going to college at Wichita State University here in Kansas. Kansas is nothing like Middletown.I always think about the fun times that I had with friends,and all the stupid stuff we used to do. If anyone remembers me or wants to talk please email me.Miss you all very much.

Hey, if anybody is interested in buying a compilation with a MIDDLETOWN punk/metal/thrash/"scumrock" band dubbed Sin Amor, contact me and I'll tell you how to get it. Cost is only $5.00. Support your local scene and not poseurs like Kid Rock and Puff Daddy.

Hello everyone in Middletown> I lived there frome 1977-1987. At the time I hated it, It seemed there was nothing to do, but I'd give just about anything to come back to the peace and quiet. The big excitement being when we got the new Store 24. WOW! the thrill!! I'd love to hear from any old friends.

Hi All!!! I moved from Hidden Valley in Oct. of 95" with my parents Kip and Mari Miller. We lived there my whole life and I attended school with the class of 2000! I still stay in touch with everyone and I love this sight. It lets me see what's new in my home town. If you remember me or my parents please e-mail me back. We owned a business in Clear Lake called Comfort Zone and my mom was a cheerleading couch for three years. We know the town by heart and miss it greatly! I hope to come back soon and raise my own kids some day!

My name is Kathryn Moore and i live on Cobb. I have been visiting Middletown for longer than I can remember. Many of my close friends go to Middletown school, but I go to Kelseyville school. Middletown is a place where you know everyone by name. It is a place where you can walk from one end of town to the other in half in an hour, which I've done several times. You can spend a day going to the stores, eating, and visiting. All and all, I would think that middletown and Lake County are great places to visit.

I am a native bay area gal, relocated to down here in the high desert a yr ago, and am homesick for bay area, and especially my trips to Middletown at least 10 times a yr. Sooooo, I am hoping to move right smack into Middletown, since it is almost my home-away-from-home.... but gotta get my butt up there to find a house or LARGE apt. this summer. I love Middletown, and have been here since 1989. I've had a lot of experiances with the people here and I think everyone is beautiful. There are some flaws... you can't escape humanity no matter where you go in the world. However, unlike city life, Middletown doesn't consume all of your time. Because there's not as many distractions from meditation and time to connect with your surroundings and inner self, you find that people part of your everyday routine are actually a lot closer than just "that guy", "that girl", "that man", "that woman", or "that kid". You also find that you have much more room for learning about yourself... your spirit. Middletown and this general area may not look like much at first glance or even if you're someone who's been here for awhile and just haven't become aware of its' substance, but when you really explore its' little cracks and crevices, you find its much more than just a boring town. It's a painting that uses colors from each of our souls to create reality in the form of impressionism. It all depends upon what you're looking for. Try taking Dry Creek cut-off sometime and go to the end of the main road and take a left. Just keep driving and I believe, if you're looking, you'll find some of what I'm talking about. Love ya, Junipearl {Angela}

Hello everyone. My name is Tara and I live in Cobb. I go to Middletown High School. I am currently a junior. I am involved with our schoo, Interact club. I am the Vice President. Interact is a community based club that does things for the community. We are a high school version of the Rotary Club. I have made a web page about Interact and it can be seen by the address above. I assure you that being in Interact is fun. For the "out of High school" crowd, there is always the local Rotary. The also do things for the community. On January 22, 1999, there will be a Crab Feed at the Lions club. Both Interact and Rotary will be helping out there. You should really take the time to try and get there for this event. It is a lot of fun, with a lot of crab and other foods to eat. Also watch for toy drives and coat drives and other things we do. Please help out if you can. If you would like more information, please feel free and contact me at my address above. Thank You for your time!

Do you have a band, wanna know about bands, or curious about bands in Lake County? If so, cum to my webpage, Mistake By The Lake, the address is http://www.jps.net/matt1/ . You can check out bands from Lake County, or you can add yours. So far, five Lake County artists are listed, including two Middletown bands! The accepted genres include punk, metal, rap, power-violence, hardcore, ska, reggae, surf, classic rock-style, industrial, techno, goth, grunge, blues-rock, folk, celtic, funk, anything that is not of the mainstream in Lake County. Such rejectable genres, in other words the reason why radio and music videos suck nowadays, include alternative rock, (alternative to what? Alternative rock is an alternative to good music I suppose) country, light "rock" and pop, cover bands, and anything that is Wal-Mart friendly. Either you can help out your local scene and give this page a lookie, or you can sit on your thumb, twist, and listen to Matchbox 20 and Puff Daddy.

Have been gone from Middletown for 2 1/2 years, will be moving home in June 1998. No other place compares to "home" until you leave it. People don't realize what a "little slice of heaven" is until they are placed in another area. Susanville (Lassen County) is cold, cold, cold. Dreary weather and barren landscape. We stand corrected. State institutions do not always add to communities.

I went to school there back in the mid 80's, class of 89, and I must say I hated every minute of it! I used to have nightmares that found me returning to that little town. It's been about 11 years since my family and I packed up and moved and I haven't returned since. Coming across this website brought back many different memories...I'm somewhat impressed with the population growth! When I was there, there was a whopping 1,000 ppl.....everyone seemed to be related one way or another! Hopefully things have changed! :) Reading through this guessbook and finding that a lot of people actually have the desire to return to Middletown makes me wonder how much the "one stop light" town has changed. I remember what a huge event it was to get that light!....And then Store 24 came along!! whoa!!! Anyway, maybe my husband and I will take a Sunday drive one of these days and see the ole town.....do you guys have a movie theatre yet?

Just visited the Middletown home page for first time and think highly of it. Our family has been here 15 years now and have contributed to the community in various ways. One of these days I'M MOVING BACK! I sure was happy to see this website... Anyone new to town should ask around for Alison (if you need a horsetrainer/riding lessons) or Sharon (if you need photography/artwork) or Wendy at "Made From Scratch" (if you need a WONDERFUL sandwich/deli stuff... she's located in Hidden Valley) or Bruce (if you need live music) or Glinda (if you need her to beautify your yard... flowers, etc... good stuff!) I sure miss living in a "small town" and am tortured DAILY by my existence in Marin County. (yikes!) See ya, and keep up the good work with this site!!!
